I thought I would do a quick roundup of ‘What I got for Christmas 2016’. I hope you all got what you wished for and had a fabulous Christmas day.
Real Techniques Eye Brush Set, I have wanted this for so long. Firstly I love the bold metallic brushes by Real Techniques anyway and wanted more to add to my collection. When I got this for Christmas I was so pleased and they came in this handy travel brush bag to keep them clean.
Liz Earle Hair Oil, Honestly I have been lost without this for the last two months as I rang out before I went to Florida back in October. This hair oil is my hair saviour, this is one hair care product I definitely couldn’t live without.
Versace Eros Perfume, My Fiancè bought me this in a 50ml version for Christmas last year and I adore it so much he got me it in the 100ml this year and mine had just rung out over the Christmas period. Technically this one should at least last me two years if the other lasted me a year.
Narciso Rodriguez Perfume, I had this perfume off my parents for my birthday this year even though I have a lot left of my original I was so pleased to have got another as now Im not worried too much about over using my current one just incase its the last spritz of it, now I have a backup.
Liz Earle Eye Cream, This was a thoughtful gift off Nick. He knew I wanted to try an eye cream for a while and I honestly thought he was going to get me the Kiehls Avocado eye cream but I was very surprised to see he had got one from my favourite skincare brand Liz Earle.
Elemis Quiet Mind Temple Balm, Sometimes I find it quite hard to sleep, I wake up on the slightest of noises and I have been suffering with quite bad headaches/mild migraines and this balm is meant to help soothe and relax your mind. I have used it twice now and boy does it help!
Sensationail Nail Set, I was so pleased to receive this ‘top up’ set from Sensationail. I always gel my own nails now as its a lot cheaper to do yourself and because I am a bit of a perfectionist I was never 100% satisfied with having them done elsewhere. Unfortunately in November I opened my new nail primer which you use to prime your nails before gelling them and I spilt the whole pot I was devastated!
Zara Gift Card, I was also lucky enough to get £30 and £50 gift vouchers to my favourite high street fashion store, Zara [of course]. I love getting vouchers for Christmas for Zara as I know I can use them in the boxing day sales or wait for the new collections to come out.
Yanke Candle Tealights, These smell divine and the scent reminds me of being at one of my favourite places, the beach.
Himalayan Pink Salt Rock Candle, I am so happy my Auntie got me one of these its one of those gifts that I have always wanted but never bought for myself. They are apparently meant to help with asthma, allergies, migraines and a whole lot of other things.
Purple Traveller Jewellery Holder, I received this very handy gift which I would have never have bought myself just like the Salk Rock. However this will always come in handy for travelling as I am always loosing earrings and breaking necklaces whilst travelling.
Girl Online – Zoe Sugg, I have got her previous two books and I love them I can’t wait to read this one to see what happens. Zoella is one of the first bloggers I came across and one of them to inspire me to start my own.
Yankee Candles, Yes I received more candles, people obviously know me well. This set is lovely and has a really good mix of different scents to keep me going for a few months.
Terrys Chocolate Orange & Candy Canes, because what is Christmas without these, nothing more said!
Liz Earle Products, Everyone knows me so well and I was so lucky to receive a lot of Liz Earle products for Christmas. I had a new full size cleanser, toner and moisturiser plus a lavender hand cream, body cream and eye brightening toner and with the set came this cute little note book. Also I had one of the Christmas gifts which is a mini nourishing mask with a muslin cloth.
Elemis Loving Lips, I swear by this lip balm after receiving it free a while ago with a magazine I purchased I have been hooked ever since. Your lips will love you forever if you purchase this.
Keyrings, Perfect timing for me to receive these as my keyring have seen better days. I was delighted to have received these cute little silver keyring with a selection of charms in all my favourite things on.
Molton Brown Ylang Ylang Body Wash, This smells as good as it looks, honestly try it you won’t be disappointed!
IPhone Cable in Rose Gold, I love my new rose gold iPhone cable its by Belkin and not Apple so should definitely last a bit longer as it has the reinforced cable and looks a lot prettier too.
Socks, Again, what is Christmas without new socks? I received three pairs this Christmas, one with gingerbread men all over, a pair with unicorns on and lastly a pair with sausage dogs printed all over.
Chocolate, Also pictured is a selection of different chocolates which of course I indulged in over Christmas before the dreaded January detox.
Sanctuary Spa Set, I received this lovely mason jar which came with a selection of my favourite Sanctuary Bath products and they came with a new scrub glove which I was in desperate need of!
Rosie-Huntington Whitley, I had this gorgeous floral printed camisole and satin short set with a matching robe, the colours are just so pretty.
Zara Embroidered Bag, I had my eye on this bag for a good while I was so pleased to have got it for Christmas. I think I have used it everyday since I had it.
Finn, The Steiff Teddy, Lastly one of my most favourite and precious gifts of 2016 was receiving this Steiff Teddy Bear off Nick he came in a mini suitcase and is just adorable. Steiff are one of the worlds top teddy bear makers and collectables. I will defiantly keep him safe and certainly away from any four legged friends I have!
I hope you enjoyed this post, What did you get for Christmas?
