Equipment Needed:
X1 Mason Jar
Plastic Straw
Bowl
Whisk
Spoon
Kettle
Ingredients:
Oatly Barrista Milk
Semi-Skimmed Milk
Syrup of your choice
Coffee Powder
White Sugar
Ice Cubes
Prep Time: 7mins
Step by step Guide:
- Firstly, Boil your kettle,
- Next, place 2-3 large ice cubes & straw in your mason jar,
- Then pour your choice of milk over the ice. (I use half semi-skimmed, half oatly),
- Add a hint of syrup to your milk, my favourite choice is salted caramel by Skinny Syrups,
- I then take two table spoons of white sugar and add into a bowl,
- Then add two table spoons of coffee powder into the same bowl as the sugar,
- (By now your kettle should have boiled) Add two table spoons of boiling water to your bowl with your sugar and coffee powder,
- Whisk mixture altogether until it’s as thick as you want it to be,
- Pour slowly into your mason jar over your milk
- Drink up & enjoy!
I understand whisking this can be a bit of a task but I don’t have a coffee machine yet. So if you have one it will be a lot quicker to make.
